Update: After using this pillow for 11 consecutive nights, I can report that my right hip pain has worsened and now my left hip is having pain. Also, my lower spine is painful. I’m a healthy 60 yo female with no previous problems except for a recent near fall that left my right hip strained. Make sure any pillow you use between your knees and thighs is the proper size for you. I am discontinuing use of this pillow since my pain has spread in the last few nights. There are many articles that promote using knee pillows and but only a few that explain how they can be detrimental to your alignment and exacerbate pain if not sized and designed properly. Your body is your best guide. Listen to it.The first two nights I used it, it worked great. The third night the button hole stretched out and the strap wouldn’t stay fastened. Otherwise this would be a great product if they would redesign the strap closure. It is the perfect size but without a functional strap closure it is useless.

So far so good. I am healing from a hip replacement and am not allowed to twist or cross my legs. Sleeping with this knee pillow has helped a lot. I can sleep on my side without twisting my body and while wearing this while sleeping on my back I don’t cross my legs. The soft strap is the key because it stays in place so I don’t kick it off in my sleep. Since it is only attached to one leg you don’t feel bound in place.The shape of the pillow is good. I used to try to keep a baby-sized pillow between my knees and that turned out to be uncomfortable and I always kicked away during the night. Mind you, I would rather not sleep with ANY knee pillow but since I have to during my healing process, this is good as it gets.

I have been using this pillow for several months now. It is supremely comfortable and helps with my hip and back pain. I sleep better with this pillow. It is so good that I pack it with me when I go on vacation. This pillow is a must-have imo.

So happy I spent the extra money & didn't buy a cheaper alternative. I've used this pillow 3 nights in a row now & I'm very happy. I placed it in the highest point between my thighs & I'm definitely getting relief while sleeping. I've tried using regular pillows between my legs and it actually gives me more pain so the fact I'm getting instant relief is exactly what I needed. Felt compelled to write this review as well.

LOVE THIS! I just had back surgery and this pillow makes it SO much easier and more comfortable to sleep!!!!!! I'm a side sleeper and also flip back and forth in my sleep. This pillow stays on my leg and in place so I don't have to readjust as I flip.

I’ve had a decade of hip and knee pain and (as a side sleeper) have tried numerous ways to alleviate it. I’ve bought several versions of “knee” pillows that have worked somewhat, usually for only a few hours each night. I spotted this and noted the longer, ergonomic style with a strap. I was most interested in the strap. These pillows are usually small and roll off sometimes at night. A -The previous purchase had a strap made of elastic that left a mark and cut off circulation. My first surprise was the packaging. It came rolled up in a small tubular bag. Fortunately, after retrieving it, it eventually expanded to a normal size. I LOVE the strap. It’s a soft cotton material that can be adjusted (buttons) so it holds, but does not bind. My first night of use, I immediately noticed the difference. The foam is soft and squishy, conforms to your legs and relieves hip pressure. What’s more, I woke up with it in the morning instead of having to find where it rolled off during the night. This works for me!
