i had existing mouse which was stopped working after short life span. I bought this product due to new features which ordinary mouse is not offering and its slick design. I was able to setup the mouse with Windows laptop in less then minute of time. with its associated software i found its easy to use and operate to change the settings. i have tried out the presentation mode and chat GPT feature it working fine without any problem.I would suggest seller should provide the after sales support as part of packaging to have it handy, but there is software and website available so i believe as part of after sales support we will able to connect with them.
