I was a bit skeptical about this product because there are so many to choose from. But this was a great choice. Definitely feel it working. I think it’s great value. It says take 2-3 daily, I would say for me, that you can pass on getting a caffeine drink as this is plenty. Take early in day otherwise may have trouble sleeping. Non jittery

I purchased this because of what it said unfortunately it did not help me at all it gave me severe headaches in the morning and severe stomach pain. It did not help me sleep I'm not sure if I perceived a bad batch or what the issue was but did not help me
