Just got off the scale and I have to post this review for others. After six months of doing all the right things with diet and exercise, I could not get the last 8 pounds budged. I am one week into taking one of these pills a day and they are a veritable miracle!In one week I have lost the last 8 pounds AND it came off the way i wanted it to - the squish is gone but not the muscle.I don’t understand how such a small pill can make such a difference. It never upset my stomach, I didn’t feel a change either way in my energy, the only thing I felt is lighter when I woke up in the AM. Stepping on the scale each day confirmed it.It did make me exceptionally regular, which wasn’t much of an issue for me before, but for the last week it has been without fail.For taste and to take them, they go down easy for me.I hope others have the same amazing experience as I have with this product - so frustrating to not get those final few pounds to budge, and it feels as great as I thought it would to have them gone.Also, thank you to everyone who left a review to inspire me and others to give this product I’d never heard of a try!

I was advised to add this medicine by a doctor friend of mine. I have an auto immune condition and this was expected to help with that as it works on the gut.Ever since I have started taking this pill, I have never had to take allopathic medicines for the auto immune condition for symptomatic relief. Its working like a charm. Hope it keeps working.As a side benefit, it seems to make the skin look healthier as well.

I started with 2 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach. I have to say i do not eat red meat. This product takes a bottle and a half for daily red meat consumers, but 3/4 of a bottle for non red meat consumers. This combination is very good for slow weight loss with a sensible diet, but it's main function is an all around internal organ fixer. It works on EVERYTHING you don't pay attention to. It puts your body back in sync the way your organs SHOULD function. It did not take 30 days to destroy our bodies, it took years, some decades, so you cannot expect it to perform a miracle in 30 days. This combination is an awesome duo. It subtlety corrects your system. Urinary, diabetes, bowel, cardio... So, before you give up, take an assessment of your eating habits (past & present).

These are a far better option than powder for ease. I dislike caplets in every form. I have a very hard, bony palate and intense gag reflex. Caplets activate that reflex. These aren't too bad in size, just wish they were in capsule form.

After years of prescribed statin drugs, my loved-one's health was suffering and her 'bad cholesterol' still the same. We bought her Ubiquinol and the triphala/guggulu after much research. She showed marked improvement after 3 months BUT her dr insisted she return to the statins! After she continued to refuse, the dr recommended red yeast rice. Upon studying red-yeast-rice, we learned it can cause liver damage. She threw away the red yeast rice & returned to the triphala/guggulu (along with taking the ubiquinol) to replace the co-q-10 that the statins rob your body of. This product isn't only much safer than statins, it works.

I take these when I do a seasonal cleanse and feel they improve my digestion and as a great benefit I always loose a few pounds during a cleanse. I don't doubt the weight loss is due to eating small meals of Kitchari (split yellow mung bean, rice and vegetables) for 7-10 days but I do believe this helps. I feel my hunger and energy levels normalize after taking this and everything is much more regular. They're super convenient in this capsule form too!
