Great hobby baker gift!
This set is awesome, but the customer service is even better! I didn't receive the blades and the customer service team offered to make it right. When I wrote in about a question on cleaning the basket, it was my mistake, but they offered to help me anyway. The look of the baskets seem professional and quality. I haven't used every piece because I have a few of the items already but I loved the proofing baskets. It definitely makes the proofing process easier. I also love the dough whisk. That's a nice added bonus that helps a lot too. Overall, the functionality has been very good and helps a lot. I'm excited to continue to get a lot of use out of this kit. It was a gift for my first mother's day and it was a very great kit to receive. I highly recommend the kit for the value and for the exceptional customer service I've received.

Complete Kit for Shaping Bread
While I haven't used this yet, the kit certainly has all the supplies needed to make a fresh loaf of bread. It does look like it's a quality product. The kit does say that you can make 2 loaves of bread. While you can use this for shaping the loaves you will still need a Dutch oven or some other pan for baking. I understand that more expensive kits may provide the necessary ingredients for sourdough starter, but I don't think this is necessary if you've made bread before
