O had a problem with the set of nibs that came with this set. I reached out to the company and they took care of the situation and dispatched a new pen set. The were quick to act and the provided egreat customer service. I love the new pen it is all I hoped it would be.

I love this pen. I draw, specializing in pen & ink. I bought a new rapid-o-graph, and was purely dissatisfied with how they make those these days. SO, I went looking for an alternative and came across this. I admit, it was taking a chance on something new, but boy am I happy I did. We'll see how long this lasts. The test of time tells all. But, for now, I'm quite pleased. It's a joy to use.

I love this pen, I write with it all the time. I got a gift set for Christmas as well as this one. I love the weight, it helps steady my tremor. I haven't mastered the grip yet. I still grab too close to the nib at times and find my hand full of ink. But that is something I did as a little kid for control as well as gripping too tight. I just wish there was a way to get more nibs and different types for that particular pen. I'm left handed, I find the up strokes drag, I'd like to have left handed options to reduce drag. The way I have to hold the pen actually causes my stroke thickness to be opposite as it should be.

Smooth pen for the price

The quality of the fountain pen is great! I lov the color and design. Its easy to use as well as easy to refill. As for writing speed works wonders.I was worry that i wouldnt be able to write with this new pen but got the hang of it easily. The metal texture has a scaly design pattern is as close for me to describe it is great. I love how the color veriety it bring looks and how the ink flow freely with out over use. I love the grip on this pen as well it fits comfortably in my hand and its not hurting after using it for over 3 hours.No joke i had to write an essay and with this pen my hand wasnt hurting, lit it would with regular pens after 3 hours of use with no breaks.SO Worth the money.Especially cause it brings a refillable ink syringe. As well as 2 empy ink capsules to file in any color ya like. Its instruction were easy to understand and easy to follow on how to refill the variety of colors it provided.I only have one thing small to mention.The instructions does not explain on how to fill in the empy capsule. I did have fun figureing it out for myself my only hint came from the instructions tho.Hav fun yall

Bought this set as a present. The box looked good; it was wrapped in plastic and looked new. I was there when he opened the box and the items were all there, however the syringe fell apart the moment he touched it. I shouldn’t have had to, but because I use fountain pens and have syringes of my own, I replaced it right then and there. I’m giving it a week and will ask how the items are working. Any problems and I will return the whole thing for a refund.

Just using black ink so far, and everything working. The nib clogged the other day, so I soaked in water, and now it is FREE!Great price.
