So glad that I found a high loft pillow that is both firm but extremely comfortable. Most other pillows are too soft for me, but this one is perfect for side sleepers. Great pillow!

Initially there was an off putting odor. Aired it out for a day and it was fine. Slept soundly using this pillow last night. I recommend this pillow for anyone who is in need of a great nights sleep!

If you have neck pain this pillow might help you. I had neck pain so bad it hurt to turn my head. I bought this pillow hoping it would help me sleep better with no pain and it did. The pain is gone and I sleep good. I hope you will sleep well too

As other reviews here have mentioned, this pillow is like a couch cushion. It is a highly firm and thick pillow. One of the reviews here mentioned that this pillow was more ideal for people with broad shoulders or a bear. Well, being a big man with broad shoulders / a bear, this was the deciding factor for me to purchase it since I enjoy sleeping on my side and need a good pillow. I originally wanted to use this pillow as a hugging / holding pillow to use to sleep; however, I found that this pillow is not ideal for that due to its firmness and thickness. I was surprised to find that it was more ideal to use for resting my head when sleeping. I do agree with other reviews that it maintains it shape and won't create craters or creases in the areas where you rested your head.If you are looking for a VERY firm pillow, this is one to consider. This is not a pillow for people needing a soft pillow.

Many reviewers dislike this pillow because it is too firm. But that is exactly what I am looking for.I am a side sleeper and I like to rest my arm and knee on a king-size pillow for better spine alignment. This one is perfect because it supports my shoulder and hip very comfortably.Besides, I was greatly surprised by the packaging. The pillow comes rolled in a thick plastic bag inside a sealed top-quality box.

This pillow is extremely hard and tall, it feels like sleeping on a brand new couch cushion. I wish I could return it but memory foam pillows come compressed and therefore won’t fit back into the box without using something like a steamroller/vacuum type of contraption. It might be good for a side sleeper with very broad shoulders who never rolls over. It might be good if your head weighs about 20-30 pounds and you struggle with sinking into your pillows. It might be good for a bear or other large mammal. I am in none of those categories and my search for a pillow continues, exhausted. I might build a tiny loveseat and this can serve as the seat cushion. Three stars for indestructibility; I can’t make it flatten, as much as I try.

Better than expected! I was hoping for a slightly higher loft, but the firmness is good enough that I don't sink very much. I have noticed in the past that memory foam gets softer in the warmer months. With summer coming we will see. Overall, I'm satisfied so far and relieved to have less neck pain.
