Convection oven
I order this and it did come to me broken but I did in contact with them as well as Amazon and they was able to send me a new one and it works Amazing the customer service was amazing as well as the product itself, it it’s very easy to clean, the cooks time works pretty good, everything came out great and I’m still using it till this day.

Waste of money
Oven does not work . Temperature keeps going up and down. We want our money back . It was a complete waste of money.

Need special Outlet for this Oven plug
I have a home Gourmet Cookie Business. Let me tell you this Oven is amazing. I LOVE this Oven. It holds its temp very very well. I considered buying the smaller model but I knew I would grow out of it quickly. I'm so happy I chose this big full sheet model. It did come in damaged by UPS. But I decided to keep it. Nothing damaged inside. Works perfect. One thing you need to know if buying. The plug is not a normal plug. I had to change the outlet to fit this plug. You will need an electrician.

Not a successful purchase :(
I was very excited to receive this countertop over for my small business. I read all the reviews mixed reviews but decided to go with the purchase. I was so sad and disappointed to find that the oven temperature control heats off/higher by 25 degrees. I could have dealt with the temperature problems but to my surprise the baked goods inside the oven doesn’t bake evenly, that is a real problem! I wished I could have been one of those customers with a great review! 😞

No muestran como es el Conector
El timer no funciona, en las fotos no muestran cómo es el conector. Tuve que esperar un mes para poder usar el horno y comprar tres conectores diferentes que no funcionaron. Tuve que contratar un electricista para que hiciera el cambio de conector de haber visto como era antes (pero no lo muestran) hubiera hecho todo antes de comprarlo.
