Works Great!
We are really happy with this KoolMore convection oven. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and feels super solid. Makes daily baking a lot easier. Great buy!

Waste of money
Oven does not work . Temperature keeps going up and down. We want our money back . It was a complete waste of money.

Need special Outlet for this Oven plug
I have a home Gourmet Cookie Business. Let me tell you this Oven is amazing. I LOVE this Oven. It holds its temp very very well. I considered buying the smaller model but I knew I would grow out of it quickly. I'm so happy I chose this big full sheet model. It did come in damaged by UPS. But I decided to keep it. Nothing damaged inside. Works perfect. One thing you need to know if buying. The plug is not a normal plug. I had to change the outlet to fit this plug. You will need an electrician.

Not a successful purchase :(
I was very excited to receive this countertop over for my small business. I read all the reviews mixed reviews but decided to go with the purchase. I was so sad and disappointed to find that the oven temperature control heats off/higher by 25 degrees. I could have dealt with the temperature problems but to my surprise the baked goods inside the oven doesnât bake evenly, that is a real problem! I wished I could have been one of those customers with a great review! đ
