Made my hair feel super soft and smooth and shiny after first application! I have thick, straight, low porosity asian hair that is a bit damaged from a perm and one application of at-home box hair dye (popular Japanese brand). My hair is noticeably damaged a frizzy at the ends. This Dr. Groot hair treatment works really well for my hair and makes it look and feel soft, shiny, smooth without making my hair feel heavy or flat (keeps the volume though I don’t really need it lol). Scalp feels clean and moisturized. Has a pleasant, clean, earthy scent that is not too strong. Bit pricey but might be worth it. Will definitely be using this for a while.

i’ve been using this for a month and can definitely see a difference in my hair. it’s so much softer and more moisturized than before - and trust me my hair was so dry and damaged before from dyeing it and heat styling. deserves all the hype!!! for reference i have straight asian hair

This actually works! I also use Dr Groot shampoo and conditioner. My hair is noticeably thicker and much less falling out.

For me, this was the absolute worst! It is definitely not color safe. This stripped my hair of all color, left my hair feeling like a rat's nest, and i lost more hair than usual. There are no returns so if you buy this your taking a huge chance on screwing up your hair without recourse. This may not be everyone's experience but for me I would not recommend nor would I ever buy again. Just horrible!!! Very disappointed
