Our Place Dream Cooker Review
Review of the Our Place Dream CookerThis is my first multi cooker and so far I am really enjoying it. My old slow cooker did not have a sear function so it was really convenient to sear the meat in the Dream Cooker then add the rest of the ingredients for my first slow cooker recipe. I was a bit nervous when trying the pressure cooker function as I have never used one before. The Dream Cooker was so easy to program and my first pressure cooked pot roast came out perfectly. This is a great appliance that is easy to use, clean and you get terrific results with each of the cooking functions.

Works great and it's cute!
I love this product! I was able to get rid of three appliances taking up space in my small kitchen. So far, it works great; I mostly use it as a slow cooker. Also, it looks much cooler in my kitchen than my old appliances.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS. It works good, it has a timer so you can turn it on and forget about it then when the timer goes off it will automatically switch to the keep warm setting. The pan that you remove to clean is SUPER light.

Beautiful and functional- elevates both cooking and counter spaces
I’ve been using the Our Place crock pot for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become my go-to for easy, flavorful meals. First off, it’s gorgeous — I love that it looks like part of my kitchen decor instead of an eyesore I need to hide in a cabinet.Cooking-wise, it does a great job with everything I’ve tried — soups, shredded chicken, and even overnight oats. The controls are simple and intuitive, and the pot itself is surprisingly lightweight but still feels durable. The nonstick ceramic coating makes cleanup a breeze, which is a huge win.Only downside: it runs slightly hot on the low setting compared to older models I’ve used, so I keep an eye on cook times to prevent overcooking. Not a dealbreaker, just something to note.

Two separate units won’t power on after 1 use.
One star is because I do this is the best looking slow/pressure cooker out there. I like that it takes up less space in my cabinet too. I have most of the OurPlace pots/pans/small appliances and that’s the common thread for all of them.Unfortunately the cooker seems to have quality control issues. The first unit I ordered worked once (using the pressure cooker, which performed just fine) and then would not power on again. Confirmed with OurPlace support that I didn’t do anything wrong to break it and they told me to return my unit to Amazon and just buy a new one. The replacement came without the rubber gasket, so I wasn’t able to use it. Contacted OurPlace again and they mailed me a replacement gasket after several weeks. I was finally able to use the new cooker (once, again pressure cooking, worked great), and now it won’t power on either just like the first one. I’m now out of the return period since I had to wait for that gasket so I’m stuck with this broken cooker.I’m very disappointed to have this problem happen twice and not even be able to get a refund. As an aside, you can only do 2 hours max on the pressure cooker — the machine I had before can do up to 4. To be fair most things don’t need to be cooked that long under pressure but I mostly use it for bone broth so longer is preferable for me.
