Review is for CushyOasis Seat Cushion, Chair Cushions, Office Chair Cushions, Anti-Slip Bottom & Removable Cover....I am a computer guy, so I sit for long periods of time at a computer monitor and I have tried several different chair cushions. Some work, some don't.I am happy to report, this one works and the price is absolutely reasonable for the comfort it provides.Ok, why I like some cushions and not others. For me, I don't like too much cushion, or too little, too firm or not enough. Each person has a preference, so its difficult to order these online with no way to try it out.Maybe this will help you.Likes:1. Not too dense/thick of a cushion. I got the 4.76" version, the bigger one, for me, might be too big. (5.28)2. Big size. Not that I have a huge...ummmm....yah, no, thats not it. I don't like shifting the cushion to get it "perfect" on the chair before I sit down. Just about all the cushions I have tried need to be adjusted. This one is large enough to fit perfectly in my chair. Check the dimensions of this cushion. This was one of the reasons I decided to take a chance and pick this one up.3. Comfort. I feel it provides the right amount of cushion for me, and my chair. You should try it for yourself and see.I don't notice any "cooling" from the gel foam, but hey...it is what it is.The non-slip bottom works, so it doesn't shift around much, but then again, its a larger cushion. If your current cushion is slightly too small, try this one and see if the fit is better. Hope this helps you*UPDATE*I made the mistake(LOL) of letting my wife try this cushion, since she works a lot from home and needs a cushion for her seating choice. She uses a different one...LOL, probably one of my cast aways....she wants one, since she finds MY cushion comfy! So I am purchasing another. Which may turn into more purchases for elder parents. Although I don't have tailbone issues while sitting, this cushion is a win. I find that it bounces back to normal height very quickly, and I went back and forth between this cushion and another one for my chair. This one wins hands down after days of going between different cushions to give each one a good comparison.

I bought this for my husband who has a hard time on long road trips. He sat on it for an 18 hour and a 14 hour trip and didn't complain one time about a hurting back, butt or hips. I wish I thought of this and found it sooner. The nice thing is it didn't break the bank. Very affordable. Great for long traveling trip and it easy to transport and carry. It's not too soft or too firm. the also liked the height thickness better than some others we've seen. d

Works great. I hae to sit at a desk for many hours through out the day at work. I also sit for several hours at a time painting oil paintings for a hobby. I have one of these cushion in my office and my painting studio. It provides great relief for the lower back and the "butt bone" area. I am happy with this.

Works wonderfully! I couldn't ride in a car for more than 10 minutes without stopping to walk around, my sciatica was so bad. I had stopped traveling anywhere because it was to painful. First time using this cushion I was able to drive car for almost 30 minutes before I started to feel a little pain. And now I have no pain when driving as long as I have this cushion. Very comfortable! Well worth the money! Fits perfectly onto my seat. I bring it in from the car to use on my chairs inside when my sciatica acts up.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this was a game changer for me. I sit in front of a computer for 8-9 hours a day, it's terrible because my tailbone literally hurts every day, it's feels swollen, which makes me sit off kilter, which messes up my back etc... I've tried different chairs and positions but nothing has worked. So I bought this silly little cushion as a hail mary. I really didn't think it would do anything, but it's surprisingly changed my life. No more tail bone pain! I still don't believe it. Plus there are two weird side effects, I sit up and stand straighter than I used to, and also I'm not nearly as tired at the end of the day! So far the pad hasn't squished down so that it's not functional, I've only had it a few weeks but even it it wears out I'm for sure getting another one. Who knew...something that really works!!

Cushion cover does not fit well. Cushion does tend to slide off the chair. The upside is that it is very comfy to sit on.

Excellent cushion for support. This has helped my back and hip pain. I have one for my office chair at work and one at home for my recliner. It has saved my body from so much pain while sitting long periods of time.

I bought this after having Pilonidal Cyst surgery (which is very painful if you try to sit back in chairs or lie on your back). I began using it after the majority of pain had subsided (about 1 week after surgery), and it helped me get back to work faster (I work from home 8 hours a day). It is soft and comfortable if sitting for a few hours and takes your mind off worrying about your tailbone area. I would recommend it to others in the same situation.
