1st package sent by Amazon was left outside, uncovered, during a rainstorm... In their paper packaging. Contacted customer service to return and they directly took care of it and replaced the product in 48h. Exceptional.The batteries are being used in a small solar project to teach the kids about the sun and electricity. Works great.

I have not attempted to assess the performance of these batteries, though I have to wonder about the claimed 9900 mAh rating. That's a lot more than many of their competitors; maybe these use plutonium? The one aspect of these batteries which I have been able to test is their size. An unfortunate trend in battery technology seems to make them just a little bit bigger, as a means to increase capacity. The unfortunate part is that they sometimes do not fit well into devices for which they were purchased. Happily, these batteries fit well into everything I've tried.

Yes. these appear to be batteries. They accept a charge. Now, they don't HOLD a charge for any reasonable time. Basically, these are extremely fraudulent batteries. While I wasn't expecting the advertised 9900mAh capacity, I was expecting something higher than the tested 1289 - 1291 mAh capacity that I observed. Do NOT buy these. While they are priced appropriately, you get what you pay for!

These are standard size and are a "one for one" replacement for the lower capacity cells that were in my solar pathway lights. The pathway lights stay lit for much longer as a result. You can increase the mAh rating of cells for longer lasting power - lower values will be depleted sooner each day.

They work as they should.
