Vosker 300 Ultimate - First Impressions and Long-Term Issues - DO NOT PURCHASE!!!At first, I was impressed with the Vosker 300 Ultimate. The setup was easy, and after about 18 hours of charging the batteries, it took less than 10 minutes to get the unit up and running. Initially, it performed better than other systems I’ve used, like Blink and Arlo Go, and the AI software seemed effective.However, problems began to surface during the first week after I traveled 1,500 miles away from the installation site. The major issue was with customer service asking me to manually reset the unit. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was too far away to physically reset it, they didn't provide any remote troubleshooting options. For a $500 device, I expected better remote functionality.After speaking with several customer service representatives who didn’t seem to understand my situation, my case was finally escalated. A higher-level representative was able to remotely reset the unit and apologized. But by the time we started troubleshooting, it was already too late to return the unit through Amazon, where I had purchased it due to a backlog on Vosker’s site. Vosker offered a replacement, but the return window with Amazon had passed, leaving me without an option for a refund.During the time the Vosker unit was malfunctioning, we had an intruder on-site. Unfortunately, the Vosker unit didn’t capture or alert us about the incident, while our Reolink camera worked perfectly. After speaking with customer service, I informed them that due to their system failure, I would need to make a $4,000 trip, traveling 1,500 miles, to physically attend to the issue. Eventually, it was determined that the unit needed replacement, but I still couldn’t get a refund due to the Amazon purchase.On top of that, the customer service experience was frustrating. Not only was I told I needed to be physically present to troubleshoot the device, but it also took 72 hours to receive a response after being told someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. They also don’t have an easy way to reach them, relying on no-reply emails, which only added to my frustration. After several weeks, they finally offered to send a replacement unit, but given the delays and communication issues, I’ve lost confidence in this product.Initially, I had planned to invest in 6-10 more Vosker units for our site, but after this experience, I’ve shifted that investment to Reolink. I will be sending this case to Amazon for review.Final Recommendation:Do not purchase the Vosker 300 Ultimate. While the initial setup is easy, the long-term performance and customer service are seriously lacking, especially for a $500 device. The lack of reliable remote access, slow customer service response times, and the failure to capture critical incidents during a security breach make this system unreliable. Coupled with the issues around purchasing through Amazon and Vosker’s inadequate refund and return policies, this device is not worth the investment. Instead, I recommend looking into Reolink, which has demonstrated better performance and customer service. Vosker must improve its product reliability, customer service, and return policy to regain consumer trust.

Just Wow! I would recommend the Vosker V3000 to anyone needing a good home security cam. The ease of use and quality of this camera is amazing. I literally feel like my elderly Grandma could set it up lol. Step by step instructions had me set up in no time. It comes with a lithium battery AND solar panel so you’re ready to roll right out of the box after charging them up. I heard about this cam through a friend and he said it’s been over a year since he has had to recharge his lithium battery. Set it and forget it is my style. Picture quality is great and the app is easy to use. I may purchase another for my back yard.

Don't waste your time or money on this. This claims to be great for accessing at anytime through 5G network. Spent time to dial in the best location for the solar panel to ensure item would be charged at all times. Had great signal strength and perfect view of our company vehicles so we could access the cameras for security. Camera worked for the first day and a half, then I received a notice that my video for the month was maxed out, so I would have to wait until the next month for new events to show. I reset my video preferences to detect, just people as animals and cars driving by were not a concern or major security issue to cut down on the # of videos being taken, but it still was too much for this system. Paid for year subscription just to review videos. Found out later that I could not have live access to my camera without subscribing for live streaming. So I subscribed to live streaming addon which is an extra fee, but you are only allowed to live stream 40 times per month. I have not been able to access my camera unless I am directly underneath it, which if I was there all the time, there would be no need for a camera. I have been told by the tech that i didn't have access, because I was past my 30 day trial. However, I have an email that states its a 7 day trial and another email with me on "annual auto renew" which i paid for a year in advance. Chat tech came back later and said I would be refunded for my annual fee (even though I supposedly didn't have one). Unless you don't want to have access to your camera at all times, have limited accessibility, pay for services, but not get them on top of paying for an expensive setup, this product would not be worth paying for or setting up. I would honestly try to return it, but I have had the product for more than 30 days, so I will eat the cost of my mistake and not ever recommend the service to anyone. I would like to say more about the camera itself and how well it worked, in the day and a half that I had access to the camera, the video was crisp and clear. It's unfortunate that the service with the camera is pricey, very limited, and problematic.

This camera sends pictures exceptionally fast. Live stream is a handy feature - when the camera gets activated and there is nothing visible in the photo, it can be switched over to live stream to get a real time view of what is going on. Battery life is long lasting, and when paired with the included solar panel, extends it even more. It can run months on end without any maintenance. The versatile mounting brackets that come with the camera allow for easy installation. I like using this camera out in the woods to monitor wildlife activity. It is also a great choice for home surveillance. I have used many kinds of trail cameras, and the Vosker V300 Ultimate gets a big thumbs up from me.

I purchased this our farm while under construction because WiFi isn’t needed… However, if you don’t have a good signal it doesn’t work either…I got the elite package thinking I could live stream as well and that’s another $20 month on top of $20 and it’s not unlimitedSo total is $40 than you have other charges that show up! Also, I would get occasional photos even tho their was alot of movement happeningThe quality of the product is great but the quality of photo production is not!I have returned the product and am looking for an alternativeI gave two stars because it was well made
