Wow, what a game changer!I started taking this about a month ago, after hearing Dr Brownstein's recommendations. (I HIGHLY recommend listening to him on YouTube, and buying his books here on Amazon.)I have had some painful cysts spontaneously growing through the years. I had a few removed, but was told by my doctor that "no one knows what the cause is" and that "there is no cure."Well, I got tired of dealing with them, especially when one developed on the side of my knee joint. Ouch! So the search began.When I heard Dr Brownstein's information on iodine deficiency and it's relation to cysts, I was hopeful.I got these and took one a day of 250mcg. Well, they are shrinking! I listened to his recommendations again today and realized that I can easily up my dose. So, I will start taking 2 a day. So far so good. I love the natural source of this supplement. I will update later.

I love that this product is naturally derived and organic. I need to take high doses of iodine daily due to a thyroid disorder and this provides a much higher dose that the average iodine supplement as well. Also, in this day and age when we are all exposed to higher amounts of radiation (cell phones, computers, dirty electricity, etc.) and toxins, iodine supplementation is wise. I think this is one of the best iodine supplements out there for my purposes. Wish it were a little more affordable (what is these days?). I appreciate the clean and potent product and understand that you get what you pay for. I also love that this comes in a glass jar and not in plastic. I also appreciate the higher pill count and capsule form because it is more absorbable than a tablet and is more convenient than a liquid. This seems to be a real quality brand and I use several of their supplements with confidence. I also appreciate the ability to subscribe and save to both cut down on costs and keep from running out by forgetting to order.

Very good high quality source of sea iodine.Valuable for folks that are landlocked! I love living in the mountains but a gal needs natural sources of iodine.This product is a top supplier of iodine for mountain living!

I'm only in first month of this supply and it's a long-term process for results and its impact on me. So far, no side-effects.

Very good supplement

I have been using it for months now and it's made a big difference in my body and my mind!!! I also like the price of this supplement!!! And lately I keep seeing videos on YouTube that FATHER GOD is telling us to take this supplement!!! I like it so very much!!!
