I use avocado oil, heat to just smoking add turmeric, ginger, fennel seed, ground cinnamon, ground clove, rosemary leaves, crushed peppers & burdock seeds (ground, chipped or whole). stir for a few minutes turn down add uva ursa (bearberry leaves), Willow bark (if not allergic to aspirin. I am allergic, very allergic but I can take willow bark and leaves (synergy) chips and leaves crumbled ( you can add just before you turn down esp the bark’s & bearberry leaves). Cool to warm & filter or not. Add Vit E to stabilize. Refrigerate or not depending on how much you make and use. I put it in my coffee, tea, stews, toast, etc. it affects your stomach as well as your intestinal system. I have precancerous polyps in my stomach and colorectal for over 30years and fibrosis disease for all my life. For the past 5-6yrs I have been free of all and helps my fibromyalgia a lot. Dr told me to take the softgel capsules to better help the inflammation in my intestines. It did more than that.I also add decarb cannabis when warm and lecithin. I now do it in my InstaPot or Magic butter. Lecithin can be added in the cooking process.The softgel and the above have saved me a ton of money and improved my overall health. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my migraine according to someone’s advice and loved it. It doesn’t prevent or stop bad headaches but if it is just started or about to start it helps relief.

Just another pill to pop. How did old timers survive without all of these necessary(?) Pills.They gave me upset stomach, but my spouse takes them twice a day and thinks she needs them.
