I just want to say that since taking this product in March 2017 I have not had one cold. This is amazing to me. I used to get colds all the time, almost one a month. It was horribly depressing. This product has seriously helped me, even though I share an office with a person who is constantly getting sick (sneezing, coughing, etc.). I highly recommend it, well worth the money.

Hard to really say if this did anything or not... I started taking it after getting a case of Covid, to help me recover faster. Since it's impossible to know how quickly I'd have recovered without taking it, I cannot say with certainty if it helped or if it did not help. It didn't heal me up extra quick that I could see. Finished off the bottle and didn't bother to rebuy.

I have a 2 year old who gets a steady stream of colds so I was chronically getting sick earlier this year until my PCP recommended this product. My Ayurvedic practitioner had suggested this product some time ago and I liked using it. I decided to take it daily during flu and cold season and to give it to my 90 year old parents as well. Though I would have liked to purchase directly from my practitioner, I found that it cost signficantly less if I purchased online, especially if I bought more than one (shipping was the same).
