Package came early and it was Packaged very well assembly instructions were straight forward attention to detail is something that you don't see a lot of these days but there are little magnets that you install to hold the doors closed when they are not locked I like that no dents no scratches there are even extra screws in case you loose 1 and I did so they came in handy thanks.

The packing was emaculate. It was fairly easy to put together. I opted to use my own ratchet screwdriver, taking care not to overtorue the screws and strip them out. Putting the drawers in the side guides notches need a little persuasion supporting the guide with your free hand and using a short piece of wood to bump it into place. The drawers won't close all the way until the notches are fully engaged and bottomed out. If you load it fully and don't attach it to the wall you might have a tipping problem. Very well made for the price.

My 2nd one came damaged but the seller was great and easy to work with and we worked a great fix for the issue. I love this brand. It’s has a support wheel on the front of the drawer, all drawers slide smooth and easy to it has a more Matt finish which is textured so no finger prints show. Came assembled except the wheels and very good quality that’s why I purchased a 2nd one.

Quality seems good for the price. Assembly was not difficult, but an electric screwdriver makes it much easier than the one they include, but hay, they did include one. One major hint that I saw other complain about was the draw alignment not sitting flush. I figured that one out. You have to make sure the drawer is on the slide completely. I found a push was not enought but a light bang with my palm on the drawer to seat it did the trick to properly seat on the slide. Drawers sit flush now. Make sure the slide is in as much as possible efore you bang on it, but still gives you room. That should stop you bending the slide by accident. Hope this helps some that encounter the issue.

The file cabinet was packed extremely well but that is where the good news stops. The top was dented in and because of the excellent packing and internal packing material (which was undamaged) I have to assume it was like that when it was packed. Two of the drawers were skewed, the top one horribly so. On inspection I could see where it was never put on the track correctly and jammed in pushing the whole drawer tightly against the other side. When contacted the seller offered a 40% discount which I explained would not make the cabinet functional. At the reduced price it would be an expensive doorstop. I am an elderly 5 foot tall woman and have no choice but to repack a 40 pound bulky item and figure out how to get it to UPS (OR, of course, there is that doorstop option). My wasted time and inconvenience was completely avoidable if they hadn't packaged up and sent a cabinet that had these very visible issues from the beginning. I, for one, am tired of this and seeing it all too often these days.

Easy to build, seems sturdy, they give you extra parts which is nice, good enough for garage use.
