I love this speaker for my golf tunes. I don't like it so loud you can't talk to the other group without getting out of the cart or pausing the music, but this thing gets pretty loud for its size. It won't compete with the volume levels of the larger mega speakers, but the quality sounds good to me and it fits easily in my bag, has a relatively rugged shell and built in strap. It fits in a cupholder or ball storage in the cart, but I usually hang it on my golf bag so I can easily talk to my cart partner. It's easy to turn on & off, pairing is a breeze and has simple touch controls for changing volume or skipping a song. Sometimes it's easier to do those functions on the speaker rather than having to grab the phone. I would recommend this if the details I mentioned appeal to you. It checks all the boxes for me.

I bought this last summer on Prime Day on sale for $30. I also bought a $90 speaker from an off brand at the same time that was much bigger. This JBL at 1/3 of the price and 1/4 of the size and outperformed that other speaker in pretty much every way. It is smaller, more portable, cheaper, and has a higher quality build than the off brand. I can listen to either podcasts or music on this speaker and both sound good with a decently high volume. This can't be used as a party speaker or anything where you are really trying to fill a large room with sound, but for working outside nearby, taking a shower, or just hanging out in the living room listening to some music this is a good option.It is water resistant so I can use it in the shower just fine. I've accidentally dropped it from a height of about 4'-5' more than once with no damage or issues, it seems as good as new other than some paint I accidentally got on it once when painting a room. The volume control and play buttons are well marked, easy to access, and easy to use. They give you a nice "click" when you press them for tactile feedback. The power and Bluetooth buttons are also well designed and give similar feedback and you won't likely accidentally press one of them.The biggest cons are that the Bluetooth connection does not show the battery charge level so you just have to use it for a while and charge it when it dies, or whenever you think about it. The battery does last at least one full work day. I can't say for sure exactly how long it lasts since I tend to use it for a few hours at a time rather than all day, but it lasts for at least several days of a few hours at a time with no issues. I would have liked it to display the charge percentage either on the device or on the bluetooth status bar on my phone though.This speaker also doesn't have a lot of bass to it. It has enough for a non-audiophile to enjoy all types of music including rock and metal, but no one would confuse this for something with a subwoofer. It also gets fairly loud for its size, but won't work well for playing music at a house party or backyard party where you want to fill an area with music. Use this more a personal, portable speaker and you should be happy with the purchase.I've had this speaker about 9 months now and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a good quality small Bluetooth Speaker for either music, podcasts, or audiobooks.

It's cute, it's compact, it's intuitive, and it sounds great! You can believe all of the other reviews on those fronts. The reason this speaker gets a resounding 5 stars from me is because I've had it for 3 years now and today I realized I hadn't seen it in a long time. So I searched my whole house. And then I searched again. And then I searched my yard...and there it was, hanging on a fence post where I had left it...last fall!That's right my friends. This tough little speaker spent a winter (that included several snows) and much of a rainy spring outside. I brought it in, cleaned it up a little, plugged it into charge, and now I'm listening to it sound as good as ever. Frankly I'm astonished. Kudos JBL for making a reasonably priced, quality product. If this thing ever does fail, I will definitely be buying another.

Great sounding small speaker. This is my go to speaker for bike riding. It is sealed for water and works in the rain, seems to last about 4 hours for me as I typically have the volume to max. I live in Alaska and chose to ride my bike in the back country I play music to let the bears know I am in the area, so far has worked. No matter your task it would be hard to find a better quality speaker with this quality for less money. I have two of these one about 3 years old (works great) and a new one because I didn't want to be without this speaker.

I'm really glad I gave in and just got a JBL band speaker. After seeing them around so often on Amazon but not in real life, I was skeptical. But after getting my JBL Go 3 my friend showed me hers and she loves it. I picked the 3 because the 4 doesn't have little texture line/feet on the bottom to stand up right according to other reciews. It feels like a quality item with about a pound+ of weight to it and the weave seems extremely durable-- like this thing could *probably* take more than a couple falls to the outside ground and still be good to go. The bass sound is more than I expected something this size could handle, the sound is clear and it can get far louder than you'd expect something this size could go too.

Great speaker, love the size, but not the color I was expecting at all. The picture shows a pink speaker, but I got more of a purple one? Not the color it looks like at all.

Gets loud for something so tiny. It charges fast and holds a charge. Perfect for fishing which is why I wanted it. Easy to pair to phone with no apps needed. Price is affordable without skimping on a speaker. This is my 2nd one and my whole family loves them. Durable and water resistant. (I use it while fishing.) easy to use and buttons are labeled well. User friendly and perfect size. (trying to check off as many things as I can for anybody on the fence about buying it.)

This is a super speaker. I use it for playing music in the golf cart. Love the smallness of it. It fits in the area in the golf cart with no problem. it is light weight, very sturdy, can be super loud but not the purpose for me. Just like a little music in the golf cart. It look waterproof but not sure yet. super easy to sync. This is a really great value for the money. I highly recommend this product.
