Great for 2-to-1 reduction on a cable machine
I use these on an Inspire FT2 cable machine to enable low rows using both stacks. It solves a unique problem. It might not be widely applicable, but it is well built and I recommend it. I'm highly confident it will outlast me and my strength training.
