Quality products. I gave it 3 stars because the yellow color ingredients upset my acid reflux. I had to stop taking two a day for over 30 days. Once I resumed the product to avoid an upset stomach I take one before 8:00 am and again after 12:30 pm.It’s an okay way to reduce blood sugar along with a proper diet and regular exercise.

I've only used a bottle so far but will purchase have again. Definitely helps to surpress appetite but you need a higher dosage which makes the small bottle not last long.
