1000 WATTS
Fit perfectly in my micro-ATX case, I just upgraded my case to a larger case for better airflow and wanted an overkill power supply to go along with it, although this power supply is rather large it fit my case snugly.

Good quality for price
Great, reliable plug and play PSU, I've bought at least 3 of them over the years. The fan is unfortunately on the bottom of most tower cases (the underneath if standing vertical) is my only qualm. It will take a beating and can last 4 years even without much fan maintainence/removal of dust build up.

Very flexible and a stardard fit for my dell desktop.
I picked this up to upgrade my Dell desktop and power my Nvidia graphics card, and so far, I’m really impressed. I was worried about compatibility since Dell desktops can be a bit tricky, but this PSU fit perfectly without needing any special adapters or modifications. It’s great to see a standardized product work so seamlessly in a prebuilt system. The fully modular design is a huge plus. No more extra cables cluttering the inside of my case! I was able to hook up just what I needed for my setup, which made everything so much cleaner and easier to manage. It also helped improve airflow, which is always a bonus. As for power, this thing is a beast. My Nvidia graphics card (RTX 3060) and the rest of my system (including some extra fans and storage) run perfectly without any issues. The 850 watts of power is more than enough, and the 80+ Gold certification makes me feel like I’m getting solid energy efficiency.I was a bit hesitant about buying a renewed product, but honestly, you’d never know this wasn’t brand new. It’s quiet, stays cool, and feels very reliable. For the price, it’s a steal. If you’re upgrading a Dell or just looking for a solid power supply for a gaming rig, I’d highly recommend the Corsair RM850x. It checks all the boxes—clean, powerful, and reliable.

great psu for new build
I got this as a renewed product. First, out of the box, no problems, we built my new pc this week and I'm doing the review from it. Intel core i9 12900k, 32gb of Ram, RTX 3080ti, and 1tb nvme. This thing cooks. I went to Corsair's website and put in the specs and it said "get the 850" now normally I take those recommendations with a grain of salt because lets be honest, most of the time they're self serving. However, I got the renewed psu for the same price as the RM750x was on sale, 79.99. I figured just for funzies since it was renewed and only carried a 90 day warranty, I added 3yrs of coverage for 9.00. You simply cannot beat that. I'm 57. I've built more pc's in my life that I can probably remember. I've had quite a few psu's from Corsair and my experience has been that they're hard to beat. I expect this one will be no different. Plus in the unlikely event that I have an issue... I've got 3yrs of coverage and as someone with 20+ years in IT, electronics tend to croak within 90 days if they're gonna (for new stuff) and if not well... typically you're gonna have a long and happy life together lol.
