Use yellow wood glue on larger parts ... Gorilla or Titebond. Use fast drying cynoacrylate glues .. Model Expo MT102 or similar for small detail parts. Careful with latter. Good idea to have debonder available in case you glue your fingers.

Q: What are the differences between the ms1457 and ms1457cbt?

The MS1457CBT comes with a set of tools, paint and glue.

Q: Do the docs show how to add sails to this model?

Sorry, no instructions for sails. For the most part Longboats were carried on deck of merchant or warships and used for the captain's needs. They were usually rowed by crew members but carried mast and sail for long treks other than getting from the ship to shore.
