Originally I said it wasn’t compatible with 2011-2019, but IT IS. I just didn’t know what I was doing lol. It works like a charm and has saved me a bunch of money because the shops were asking an arm and a leg to fix my mirror

It works even if it's not the memory one.
Replaced on a 2013 Ford Explorer limited edition. Mine has the memory connection, but seeing the big price difference I decided to give this one a shot. Installation was easy and it worked! Don't really need the memory. No error lights on dash. Good to go.
