This is a No-Brainer. You've just found your new nonstick loaf pan
I bought two of these about eighteen months ago. I would buy again, but I doubt I'll have to, because they are well-made, heavy-duty pans. I make banana bread about once a week. I've always used nonstick spray, and for the first 17 months the loaves slid right out of the pans as soon as they were out of the oven, and the pans were basically clean. Just within the past month (after 17 months of weekly use) I've noticed that I have to wait a minute, and bang the pan a little before the loaves come free. Now, I there is definitely residue I need to wash off the pans, but that is easy to do. Still no problem, just a slight change. I'm wondering if I should not have used cooking spray. Certainly, when I first got the pans, I doubt I would have needed it.In any case (imagine a little Jedi hand gesture), these ARE the pans you are looking for.

Very good non-stick pans.
The first set lasted 10 of terrible abuse, washed in dishwasher. Bad thing to do. These new ones work just as well. I probable have 20 loaves on them now. I do not grease them, oil them or (god forbid) use cooking spray. Just put my dough in and bake(400F). When the internal temp(190F) of the bread is right, taken them out, thump them on the counter and the bread falls out. No stick. Egg wash will stick, but I don't use it. Rinse and wipe clean. Then dry and put away for the next time.

Worked great for sourdough sandwich bread!
Worked perfectly for my sourdough sandwich bread! I put some olive oil in the pan and then proofed the loaf right in the pan. After baking the pan was completely clean! Love how the loaf turned out.
