I was pleasantly surprised at the features built into the lamp that I was not aware of. Looking for lamps for our bird aviary, we found the hanging-hook as part of the lamp very useful, with varying modes (too many for our needs) was really handy as we could have low-power LED lighting from a choice of several modes, which could light up all the lights at full-whack, or half-power, lights for each unfoldable "petal" of the lamp meant we could almost direct where the light could be most concentrated. As a camping lamp I would imagine this to be very handy to hang inside a tent and I would say for that purpose it serves it well - but this lamp is so much more useful for other household uses. USB-C charge port too , came with cable. No 3-pin plug so you'll need a plug but its USB->USBC-C power charger so a phone charger should be fine if you have a USB charger hanging around not being used.

Nice little lamp, very bright and different configurations possible.Only downside is the charger cover doesn't fit correctly. The charging point is USB type C and the littleflap cover is USB type B. So not really useful for any kind of water splash protection.

I took a risk and took this camping straight out of the box. It had enough charge to last 2 nights. The light is bright enough to see and unlike some doesn't hurt your eyes if you look at it. Various settings for brightness, perfect size to hang without being heavy, nice and robust and also free standing. Highly recommend. Very happy.

Coming to the end of a months lambing i am now in a position to review these lanterns. I have charged them up every day and left them on overnight to illuminate the lambing pens. They have lasted all night from 7pm to 6am and given out a very good light which allows me to see the sheep and the ewes to see their lambs without being dazzled. One even survived a dunking in a water bucket. All in all and excellent product.

Very versatile little lamp. Ideal for camping but also for lighting awkward spaces in the home and elsewhere. Mine is in an outbuilding and does the job well. I also like that it doesn’t rely on batteries that can be expensive.
