I had a very old tripod that used to be my father‘s from years ago. I needed a plate that would fit it. This plate is made of plastic, but it does what it’s supposed to. I’ve seen much dirtier ones, but this was not bad for the price

Plastic!?!
I searched for metal ones but couldn’t find them. I guess plastic will have to do. Then they were loose so I had to shim them. Would have been happy to pay more for metal ones.
