Great for gamers or heavy handed typists. Gateron.
Love these switches. Good for heavy handed typists or gamers. The color of the stalk isn't too bright as to interfere with semi-transparent keycaps, they sound good, they install easily, and the sizing is standard for a switch, and they feel great when typing or gaming. I use them in an RK98 keyboard from Royal Kludge. I had to buy a 72 piece and a 32 piece set to fill my keyboard, so if I was going to add any gripes it would be that I would have appreciated a 100 piece set being available, or even a 110 or 120 to have a few extras.

Perfect switch definitely worth the money
I made the mistake of buying a slightly cheaper version of these switches before. That was a mistake, they had a horrible metallic ping when pressed. I immediately returned them and then went and bought these. They worked perfect felt fantastic and where silent as the night (at least as close to silent as you can get with a mechanical switch I mean). Well worth the money.

Sounds amazing
Building my own keyboard for the first time, so did a deep dive for a fair amount of time before coming across these switches. Fairly easy to install and they sound amazing (especially the soft clicking of the keys)! As I'm typing this I'm using the keyboard with the switches and satisfied!

A Decent In-Between
I'm currently on a keyboarding journey to find the right balance between a thocc thocc or clickity-clack noise. I've got 2 gaming keyboards. One has blue switches and the other are red that I replaced with the Gateron G Brown Pro Switches. With the blue switches, I felt it was a bit too loud for my liking, especially at night when I'm still up and burning that midnight oil, pounding away on my keyboard. So I thought replacing my red switches with these would satisfy my yearning for a more tactile, yet clickity-clack noise. Well, to be honest, I'm in between. However, I do like that it feels smoother than the generic red switches that came with my keyboard when I bought it. Typing is nice and more efficient that's for sure.I have 68 keys on my gaming keyboard and purchased the 72 pack which made sense in case I ended up with a few lemons. Thankfully, all the ones I received were perfectly intact and I was able to successfully swap out every single switch I had. Mind you, I did have 2 that I accidentally and forcefully replaced and bent a prong, however, I was able to easily fix that with a small jewelry plier I happened to have on hand. I think the Gateron G Brown Pro Switches are a decent in-between and definitely best fitted for office working environments or for those looking to decrease overall noise level. One thing I will note is that there are maybe a couple of keys that need to be pressed on with a bit more force than others, but not that much of a difference for me to be annoyed with. The response time has improved on my keyboard though which is a plus and I'm not mad about it. Just be careful when swapping out your switches.

Good Budget Switches That Come Pre-Lubed
I wanted to make a budget keyboard sound better. My keyboard I bought was the RK Royal Kludge 65%. The stock switches that came with it was the RK Royal Kludge Red linear switches. They were decent but felt cheap. I wanted a better switch so I decided to try these Pro Yellow switches. My overall review of them is that they are very nice for my first time modding a keyboard. They are very smooth when typing and even overall. On a cheap keyboard, it made everything feel a lot better. I haven't tried gaming with these switches on my keys yet but I can tell it will feel a lot better than my stock switches. If you are looking for budget switches, I say try these!

These feel GREAT
I have been using Cherry MX Reds for about 5 years, and that board finally died. I bought these to put in a Royal Kludge RK100 and WOW. These yellow switches are so much nicer. They have no spring noise, a much nicer weight to them, and are very smooth. I was skeptical of myself for buying these to replace the switches in the RK100 that are just fine, but these are on another level. You owe it to yourself to get some properly nice switches if you have a hotswappable board that came with cheap switches or is quite old.

I used these to replace the stock Cherry MX Brown switches that came with my Ducky One 3 Classic (full size). This pack had EXACTLY enough keys for every key on my board (including the media and calculator keys), and the sound result is buttery smooth, thocky keypresses. The switches are noticeably quieter and smoother than the Cherrys (thanks to the pre-applied lubrication), but the sound you do get is almost entirely the board and caps instead of the switches. My space bar and backspace are still somewhat hollow on bottoming out, but I can live with that. Will definitely buy these again someday.
