I finally found the perfect pillow!!!
I finally found my pillow... It is so very comfortable. Gives me the natural position for my head when I sleep on back as well as sideways. Perfect balance of firmness and softness. The best part is that the material is odour free. I am surprised how the cover is always cool. I'm loving it.

It's actually feels cooler than other pillows
I bought this pillow skeptical of its "4° cooler" claim, but it's not a gimmick! It's medium-firm, incredibly comfortable, and unlike my old Emma pillow (which trapped heat), this one keeps my head cool all night. The airflow is excellent. The price on Amazon was a bit steep, so I ended up returning it and buying it elsewhere, but this is by far the best memory foam pillow I've ever used. Go for it. You will fall in love with the feeling that this pillow is gonna give you. 100% recommended.Opinion after 2 weeks of usage - The pillow cover feels delightfully cool to the touch, but after resting my head on it for just 3 to 5 minutes, it warmed up considerably. I wasn't expecting that!

Abysmal service from Sleepycat.
Sleepycat is just a marketing gimmick.1. Firstly, I ordered 2 quantities of pack of 2, but received just 1 quantity of pack of 2.2. Received used pillow, as you can see the stains in the pictures.3. Delivery was delayed by 1 week.Terrible and pathetic customer service.
