Q: I previously bought these bulbs and they were rated as 6w. Now they are 5.5w. Can someone confirm if the light output is the same? Thsnks.

I bought these for my kitchen. They throw out a wide 120 degree beam angle, which is what I wanted, and are very bright, which again is what I wanted. Much better than the other similar type of LED bulbs I had. As for the light output, the packaging and actual bulbs say 6 watts and 6000k. Packaging states 500LM. I don't know if they are actually 5.5 watt, like I say they are very bright, so I don't think you will be disappointed.

Q: Can these be used for outdoor lights?

Q: Can these bulbs be used in outside light

Assuming the light holder is suitable for outside use (ie re water ingress) - it should be ok
