I purchased this because the adjustment pins were captive and spring loaded. with my old bench a had to align holes and work a pin in place.the cover has a slight texture which makes it non slip, with my previous bench with the back and seat in certain positions i found my self sliding off. this is a plus!!! the texture is enough to prevent your body from sticking if you workout shirtless ( i'm a guy)there are no instructions to advise you where to place the foot pegs. there are two places, i found the position that worked best through trial and error. also i found that there are feet leveling adjusters on each corner, my bench is on carpet so there is no need. i probably would have found them sooner if the bench was on an uneven hard surface.my biggest negative is the height of the bench. with the back and seat set to flat the surface is about 17.5 inches above the floor. i do not have enough range on motion for my feet to reach the floor for to stabilize myself. i have never hat this issue with any other bench.

First and foremost - this is not an $800-$1000 gym bench. However, it's a great home bench. I'm 6'1" and this bench fits me well. I feel supported when using it and it comes 99% assembled. There are many adjustments (decline / incline) and it is sturdy. It is a little taller than most benches from what I have read - but I like that being taller.For the price - I love it. I'm not pressing 500lbs - I'm using dumbells and have no issues. I have a JayFlex bar that I use - but have no bar rack, but when using a spotter to hand me the bar - have had no issues with stability or comfort.

I wanna say, most of the crap I buy on Amazon is just that, crap. It falls apart the next day/week and then I look like an idiot trying to weigh weather to return said crap or not. This is not the case with the Flybird Workout bench. I bought this April 2022 and I am super impressed how well it has held up. I get my workout on 3 to 5 times a week on this beast and aside from a few stretch marks on the back seat cover, this bench has held up. Worth every penny. Great bench for beginners. Amazing bench for the price.

After reading many reviews and watching a number of review videos, I wasn't 100% sure this was the right bench for me, but it seemed to have all of the features I wanted. My biggest concern was how the previous generation was too tall. Some people thought it was not stable enough. Well, all I can say is that this version is exactly what I wanted! It feels just like a bench in a gym. It's easy to fold up to slide under a bed or into a closet. It is stable while using and is the right height. I really like all of the positions you can set it in - incline, decline, flat, plus the seat can be raised into a few different positions.Very happy with the bench!

I originally ordered a cheaper bench thinking they are all pretty much the same...i was wrong! The other bench was unstable and just not great quality. I returned that bench and order a FlyBird bench. The quality was so much better, you truly get what you pay for! The bench is stable and already put together when you get it. I love it! The customer service is amazing! The back rest got a hole in it, not a quality issue but a kid issue, I reached out to see if they sell patches for it and they are sending me a new back rest! What an amazing company!! I will be purchasing more from them in the future!

This has been a good addition to my home gym. I am not sure if it is the best bench or even the best value, but since it was not feasible to physically test every bench on Amazon, I think I made a pretty good choice. I wanted a bench that could be adjusted for incline and decline workouts, as well as something that could be easily broken down for storage. The bench basically folds in half and can be leaned against the wall. Upright, it takes up roughly a 10-inch by 12-inch space, so it is pretty unintrusive propped in a corner. Laid flat, it can be hidden under a bed or a desk depending on your setup. The weight limit is listed as 880 pounds which put it in the mid to upper range of benches that I looked at. One minor quibble I have is that the angles of the incline were a little random. Instead of being in increments of 10 such as 10, 20, 30, 40, etc, or in increments of 15, such as 15, 30, 45, or 60, the angle presets are -30, - 9, 0, 24, 38, 52, 70 and 90 degrees. A standard set of presets especially with markings/labels would have been nice, but that is a pretty minor complaint.
