Cleans all types of surfaces. Can be used wet or dry. Works very well both the ways.

Good value
Mop is really flimsy, doesn’t worth price at all , 3 stars only for a microfiber refills, which is good but costs half of this price. So definitely not worth price and will not last long.Update!It’s actually good! It was always shaking and unscrewing on the connections while I mop, and I hated it, was going to glue it, but some how I managed to screw it tight and its now as sturdy as my other overpriced mop, which is bring this mop to 5 stars:))) , it’s good !

Not heavy duty
It's good, but it got broken after a 2 month of use, I used it almost daily for single room.

Received and checks out
Product checks out, but because of Home Office and OCD, I've been crazy to find something maybe a bit more practical than a HOOVER and then have to MOP after, the product checks out, it's one of the best ones I've tried (I've tried 4 by now), it does work but for the price I was expecting it to finally solve my problem, a bit of mix feelings but again, best one I've tried so far.

Poor quality mop pad
The microfiber pad tore apart with the first use itself eventhough the rod itself seems strong . The rod length is short so you have a to bend your spine a little throughout the mopping even though I’m a short person
