Q: Does this kit come with speaker wires? And if so, does the kit come with enough speaker wire to connect the front pair and rear speakers to an amp?

Yes. It came with speaker wire. I have a Chevy Tahoe and the speaker wire that was included was enough to do the front two speakers and one rear speaker I had to run other speaker wire for the last rear speaker. My amp is under the rear bench seat. Other than that i dont recall needing anything else.

Q: I have a 4 gauge on my 4 ch, can i use this for a mono amp(audiocontrol acm-1.300) just wondering if i should use the 4 gauge instead?

Q: What is the interconnect wire for?

The interconnects are to run an audio signal from the RCA outs on your head unit to the RCA inputs of your amplifier. Many head units now have RCA outs for front speakers, rear speakers, and subwoofer. You will need one set of interconnects for each set of signals you're sending to your amplifier. This wire kit has one set of cables. Make sure you figure your signal path out to be sure you have enough before you get your car part way apart and find it's not enough.

Q: Is this ok for any amplifier ?

I only use 8 gauge wire for amps rated up to 400 watts RMS.
