I’ve read and reviewed a number of Jodi Picoult books. In this collection, she embraces a number of really hot issues. Abortion, school violence, racism in all of it’s ugly forms. Here is a writer who clearly does her research before she ever takes that first tap at her keyboard. Buying a five book set that are not part of a series (like Stephen King’s Dark Tower series) seemed a bit daunting to me at first, but i blistered through them all in about three weeks. She is a remarkably good writer with a gift of bringing you face first with some really hot button issues. She carries you away in the story in such a way that you don’t even sense that it’s midnight now and you have to work in the morning…. Bleary-eyed, I went in anyway…. Here are five really great books that you’ve going to love. Enjoy!!
