Best Tool to use
Out of all the tools on the market so far this is the better tool to use to remove stuck headphone pieces out of a headphone jack. It strong then the our tools I have purchased.

This is a 1 time (or 2) use tool.
Works great, but since the material is very thin it will easily bend and deform while trying to remove a broken plug. I don't see using this tool more than twice in my life but it worked great when I needed it.

This device does not work at all
Fire tablet. Kid broke the headphone cable off inside the jack. This thing was a waste of money. Don't bother. Not worth it. Use this review and save yourself the money. At least the Bluetooth still works. But it's one more thing we have to charge. Bright side is we didn't have to listen to his games and shows anymore.

fantastic build quality
I am an IT professional working in our local school district, and I am very impressed with this extraction tool. I have bought and used quite a few of other extractors over the years. This is like going from using a hammer from a toolkit made for kids to a professional grade tool. I realize it is a pretty simple device, but the difference is like night and day.

Not useful
This was not helpful for me at all. The tool didn't even begin to get a grip on the broken headphone plug. Returned for a refund.
