This stuff just works. Period…and I’ve tried everything. This stuff keeps me going. As we age, the plumbing tends to clog and MagO does the trick. 4-5 Capsules with a glass of water before bed and the clogs will be cleared first thing. This works great, I take 1 every evening and it keeps me regular, finally something that really works for me!

Been using these for the last few years. Take 2 a night and find that I'm consistently regular. My husband now is on them too and likes them a lot. I now have my aunt and sister in law on using them as well occasionally.
