It’s came with out lid and it’s open and usedI had this experience before too . With broken lid ..It’s a very good productAnd I’m using this for yearsBut I won’t order it from Amazon anymore.I don’t have time for return it.

I do have thick hair so need a strong hold product. This did make my hair soft and silky smooth, and it seemed to activate the curl, but it didn't hold the curl which is why I bought the product. I hate that it didn't because I'd love it otherwise.

Good and light hold, my natural curls can be seen more. Smells good and very good quality. Not oily looking

I have used this for years. You can use foam in just a small amount on your hair. It makes styling easier. Your hair is softer, however it is not greasy. Great product.
