First of all, the written directions are useless. The only thing useful on them is the web address for an informational video. The video tells you step-by-step how to prepare, mix, and apply the mousse. But… the applicator leaks, when adding water it sprays out the front (if you follow the directions), and it turns the user greener than the mousse.Once spraying, this is where the comedy occurs. It looks absolutely nothing like the video, pictures, or even the Amazon description. What comes out of the applicator is slightly green water that never “builds up and coats” the ground, acting as protection for the seeds. Essentially, you are watering your yard with expensive grass seed built in.If zero stars were an option, it would be too generous. This stuff has false advertising written all over it. It comes with a bag of seed and 1 mousse packet; enough to do 100 sq.ft. per the instructions. And you are supposed to put the entire mousse packet in, plastic covering and all, but you wouldn’t know that unless you watch the video. The paper instructions say to add the amount needed, meaning no matter how much grass seed you use, the 1 mousse packet that is supplied will be gone and you will need to purchase another the next time you want to do anything with the rest of your seed.I will not order again, and I recommend you spend $27 on a bag of grass seed and a 6 pack of beer to get the same results, yet you can enjoy the beer.

Item shipped quickly. No problems with that. Item is a total ripoff, however! It does not cover any area of the lawn, and it did nothing to help grow the lawn (at all)!!! I had even purchased two of these and used both. Neither worked. Stay away from this item. It does NOT work!

So here’s my experience.1. I followed the directions to the T. I made very sure the ground was prepped correctly(tons of work). I made sure I put the “mousse” packet in correctly, I made sure I filled the sprayer 3/4 full and let it set.2. It didn’t look at all like the commercial or video on the main website, it is not that thick, green or sticky. That’s why 3 stars instead of 4.3. The green “mousse” did not cover the ground in an obvious way like the commercial and while spraying, often it would just turn clear. I ended up spraying the same places more than once because I was concerned the seeds were no longer coming out. From the bare patches I have, I was right. Once it was obvious the mousse was gone, I stopped spraying. When I opened the sprayer, there were still a large amount of seeds floating in the water.4. I watered 2-3 times a day without fail.5. It actually grew pretty good after the first 8 days.6. The patch I did was about 12x14, I should have had plenty of coverage, but didn’t. A second bottle would have been the ticket, but I was basing the area on what the product said.7. Over all, not bad. Not as amazing as the commercial, but not bad. I don’t believe for a second that what they sprayed on the board and then turned upside down in the commercial is the same product they deliver.8. I will probably buy another bottle for a smaller patch I have.9. Oh, I put a fence around the area for the entire time, so there was no traffic on it at all.10. I did leave some existing grass in the area and it flourished, you can’t help but see it in the pics.

After reading a lot of bad reviews, I decided to give it a go, but to mix it up a little bit so instead of putting all the grass seed into it, I sprinkle grass seed everywhere that needed to be, and then sprayed the blue foamy stuff all over it I did put a cup of grass seed in with the water mix to see if it would spray out when I got done spraying everything All of the grass seed was still in the bottom of the container. It never did come out also the blue foamy stuff disappears and you can’t even tell that it was there also stained my hands green because it leaked all over the place. Would not recommend to buy it.

Hey, so this product is pretty good. I mean I think I expected it's a work overnight. Which is my own issue? But we had a couple good rains. And I'd say within about the first 10 days. We start to see some little sprouts, but it wasn't at least until 2-3 weeks where we got something where I thought was substantial. I will say we had to reapply it. And that's because we were trying to cover an area where my dog usually goes to the bathroom. And I think that the second time we kind of raked the area a little bit more and then re-applied it and then it worked better. The product is in a bag, so don't dump the entire bag in, We only put in what we needed. And then we still had some left to go back and do it again like a week or so later. But i'm pretty happy so far with it, we'll see..
