Instant Cat Magnet!
I was a little skeptical about catnip spray, but this one completely won me (and my cat) over. The moment I sprayed it on her toys and scratching post, she was instantly interested—rolling, purring, and playing like a kitten again! It’s a great way to refresh older toys or redirect her attention to things she’s allowed to scratch. I also love that it’s mess-free compared to loose catnip—no cleanup, no residue, just happy cat zoomies.A few sprays go a long way, and the effect lasts a decent amount of time. Best of all, it doesn’t have a strong odor to humans, but clearly gets the job done for cats. If your kitty needs some enrichment or you want to encourage more play, this is totally worth it!

perfect for what it is
huge shame this has such a low rating. this is a perfect sized & priced little bottle to test whether or not your cat(s) are okay with bubbles. that's all this is for & all the job it needs to do, and it does that great. i think too many folks don't realise most cats are going to be scared of bubbles & that's the whole purpose of getting a little bottle like this 🙄

Very few bubbles that pop immediately & it's a mess to clean up
I highly DO NOT recommend. My 3 cats love catnip & playing with new things. When this went on sale, I thought it would be a cheap fun new thing to try for the holidays. First of all, it's a teeny tiny bottle. Easy to open but because the bottle is so small, the bubble wand is really small & the lid isn't very large to hold onto, so you of course get the sticky on your fingers/hands.When you blow, there aren't many bubbles that manifest & the ones that do come out pop on their own within 5 seconds (most immediately after being created), so the farthest any of them travel is about a foot from you. I tried blowing softer & harder - made no difference really. The most bubbles that I got at once was about 5-8, but most of the time it either didn't make any or just a couple. My boy cat is very adventurous & inquisitive, so he sat nearby just waiting for one to make it the 4 feet he was from me, but it never happened. After trying for over 5 mins, I put it away & noticed the whole foot in front of where I was, the floor was all sticky & spotty, so I had to wash the floor to prevent it from spreading when walked on.In the end the bubbles are bad (not many & don't last long enough for a cat to do anything with), the bottle is miniature, and it'll take longer to clean up than the amount of time you tried to use it to play with your cats. A total dud. Don't buy!

Meh
My kitten was not interested in this product whatsoever. Part of it might be that it was really hard to actually blow the bubbles from this tiny little wand. Being a millennial I am very familiar with blowing bubbles and the technique behind getting actual bubbles and not just dripping soap everywhere. But while I was able to coax a couple of bubbles out of this I wouldn't say it's a winner in that department. Which might be the reason the cat wasn't super jazzed about it. Figure I'll try again another time as we already have it now.

They love it!
When my cats are getting a little bit too lazy, I just spray this anywhere I want, and they go nuts. They have fun playing together with this stuff around. It does not stain any material that I have known of. It’s not sticky, it doesn’t smell to a human at all, it’s a really cool little product.

Catnip for safe pest control!
I read the articles about catnip and a safer way to keep pest away, so I will spray this around the bottom of all entry ways.My husband’s fur babies, Archie and Andy, love it too!

Favorite catnip spray!
my cat loves this stuff and it lasts a while. I spray it on new toys and her bed when we’re in new places or traveling; this helps her get acclimated better and calms her down. Great product and very effective!!

My cats showed no interest
I was excited to try the SmartyKat Catnip Mist Spray, as I’ve had great success with dried catnip in the past, and I was hoping this would offer a similar experience for my cats. Unfortunately, I was left a bit disappointed.I used the spray on several of my cat's toys and scratching post, but none of them seemed to react to it at all. There was no noticeable interest or excitement, which was surprising since they usually love their dried catnip. It just didn’t have the same effect as the herbal version, which is a letdown if you're expecting that fun, playful reaction from your pets. The product itself is easy to use and does come in a convenient trial-size bottle, which is nice if you just want to test it out before committing to a larger bottle. However, in my case, the spray just didn't seem to catch my cats' attention, and they didn’t show any signs of interest in the scent. It’s possible that some cats are more responsive to the mist than others, but for my particular cats, this didn’t work as expected. Overall, I’m not thrilled with this product, especially when compared to traditional dried catnip, which consistently gets a positive reaction. If you’re trying to introduce catnip in a new form or looking for something mess-free, it might be worth a try, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it for cats who are particularly fond of the classic dried version.
