Got this for a General Chemistry course that doesn’t allow graphing calculators, and it’s been perfect so far. I’m used to my TI-84, so there was a slight learning curve, but the inside of the sliding cover has a sticker with some helpful guides to changing modes and converting fractions. I love that this calculator has the option to give results as fractions and in terms of pi—that would have been super helpful for Calc!It’s a similar size to the TI-84—perfect for fitting into any pocket of my backpack—and seems very sturdy. The best part is that it never needs to charge! No more frantic searching for a charger the night before a test, or forgetting to charge and trying to find someone in another class who can lend you their calculator.Don’t be fooled by the pictures, though: there are only 2 lines—one for your entry and another for the answer.

An excellent product for the price (as of 2025-05-16). It is easy to use. The natural algebraic entry system for inputting expressions is great for both students and even those teaching or tutoring also. The calculator simplifies radicals (square roots, cubic, and nth roots are not simplified and displayed numerically) automatically. It also automatically simplifies fractions, and I prefer the readability of its output over TI's display. This is a great calculator which will serve you well throughout primary, secondary, and even many undergraduate math courses.

I highly recommend this calculator. I use it for my math class, it’s great. I am trying to get an A people.

I had the first generation 4 years ago go and still working. I needed a second one and the 2nd edition is perfect. Buttons changed and now is squared but everything work the same. Perfect for algebra 💕✨👍just watch out because is solar only make sure you charge it ones in a while on the sun
