Fabulous item only needs one enhancement ... make the waist straps buckleable. As is, you have to mess with loosening and tightening straps each time you use it.So ... 4.5 stars.

Great harness - nice and snug - comfortable. It kept me from falling off when I slipped twice on a soapy metal roof. Definitely would recommend and sooo glad I bought it!

I bought this to paint my multi story house. Used additional climbing gear and ropes so I could relax while at the top of the ladder. It is difficult to strap on and keep tight so I added over the shoulder straps connected to the rings to hold the harness snug and so I could step in and out without having to fuss with the buckle straps. The buckles are hard to tighten and will loosen throughout the day. For active climbing like trees or rocks I would choose something else but it worked fine for standing on a ladder all day.

This harness does not have all the features of the SOB but at 6ft 230lbs and a 36'' waist this one fits well and is comfortable. While I am not a fan of the adjustable buckles because they are hard to adjust, they don't come loose, ever.the waist belt buckles have chafed a bit over the past year but it has held up great and I will son replace it, the gear loops are OK I made my own attachment points but you have to know what you are doing when modifying gear like this. I would, and may even buy this again, but I'm going to get a truly rated and tested devise that may last for 5 to 10 years.

This harness is decently made, for the price. The waist straps don't pull to tighten easily and are difficult to grab and pull. The leg straps tighten ok, but the straps on the back of the leg going to the back of the harness, are Thin, stretchy elastic. It cannot be adjusted and hold the leg straps in place. I hope this will be fixed by the company soon. I'll probably fix this myself, but that alone can make this harness unsafe.
