I was so excited to get my package. We are planning a Carnival day at my salon and wanted to make it extra fun by having games for the kids to play. Well I open my package to check it out. And it was filthy dirty with grass and sand all over it. The cups and cones have black marks like they have been scuffed. Very disappointed!
