Good quality
Everything is where it should be. The plastic is thicker than the ones the army gives out for land nav. Seems very durable. There is already a hole to put 550 cord guts through. Has measurements for 1:24,000 along with the standard military ones, unlike most protractors.

Worth it!!
Worth it!!It’s a well constructed design. The tool is thicker than other venders and because of that it is more durable. I haven’t used it enough to say how adhesive the paint is. I purchased several to share with other friends. And they were equally as pleased with the wedding.

Square protractor with back azimuth
Good, durable square protractor. Has the back azimuth in red. Has the standard 1/50K , 1/100K , 1/25K, 1/250K scales. Does not have a 1/24,000 scale. Font for degrees is a bit small for me to read, I would prefer the font to be bigger so I can read without straining my eyes. I'm older though, users under 50yo might not have an issue with font size.

The Best!
I've used the old reliable Mil-issue grid reader since the 1980s, and this is a great improvement. If you need co-ordinates for military map-reading, or civilian SAR, this is a great piece of kit.
