Dell OptiPlex 3020 SFF 4th Gen Core i5-4590 8GB 240GB SSD DVDRW Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit Desktop PC Computer (Renewed)

This is a very good, fast PC. For the money paid, I'm over the moon with this PC. It was so easy to set up and has worked perfectly for some time now without any problem at all. I would definitely recommend this. I use it for everyday home computing.

I've always been as honest and insightful with all of my reviews so here goes, the computer arrived VERY quickly and VERY well packaged, it was in SUPERB condition upon unboxing. It doesn't stop there... VERY easy set up, FAST as lightning, MASSIVE 8gb ram and SSD coupled with the Intel i5 processor makes this machine unstoppable, i added a wireless keyboard and external speakers which both use usb ports at the back (of which there are many) which frees up the x4ports atcthe front for usb transfer etc, there is also a 3.5mm speaker output at the back along with a 3.5mm headphone inputcon the front which i have just tried out and rate the sound as PHENOMENAL. I CANNOT find any fault with this machine? It has Windows 10 pro installed, fast SSD, quiet and very very quick. The SSD is 240g which is plenty for browsing, anything else you can add an external? Just plug it into one of the Many usb 2.0 usb 3.0 ports. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for something that will getcthe job done at a very reasonable price.

I bought this refurbished Dell Optiplex for my elderly father and he is very happy with it. It is easily fast enough for him with plenty of disk space. There is some slight damage to the casing, but this is just cosmetic. The advertised WiFi adapter turns out to be a very small USB dongle and its WiFi reception is poor away from the router - not a great issue as I solved this by replacing it with a better dongle from his previous PC.It arrived with Windows 10 fully set up with a user named OEM. With my IT skills I had no problem setting up a user name in my father’s name and deleting the OEM account, but I suspect this might have caused less savvy users difficulty. It would have been better if Windows had been properly reinstalled In its “factory reset” state, meaning when you boot it up you have to specify your account name, etc. I’m also sure the PC had a recovery partition on the hard drive when new - this is no longer there so you can’t easily reset the PC.Overall, though, it’s an excellent buy for about 20% of the likely purchase price of a brand new one.

This is my second refurbished computer (I have a Dell laptop which I've had for three years), and it's exactly as described. If you want something you can use to browse the internet, for writing and so forth, it makes sense to buy a computer this way, and if like me, you store almost everything in a cloud somewhere, setting up is easy. This machine is fast, quiet, and should last around five years for the kind of use I'm putting it too. To be honest, unless I was a hardcore gamer, I think I'd find it hard to justify ever again buying a brand new PC, given the value this represents.

Bought this pc as the spec was very good and being a quality refurb to a high spec I thought yip give it a go, and no hard drive installed so either the seller isn’t doing quality control or Amazon isn’t pushing the sellers to check there items, 14 days to wait for a refund so it’s up to you if you buy this item but wow totally disgusted, the seller has 48hrs to reply so let’s see

I was a little sceptical, but my pc worked straight out of the box perfectly. I wouldn't say it was thoroughly cleaned and I need to remove collection of dust from inside the fan areas, but was fine.The wifi USB dongle didn't even last the day before burning out, but still has the ethernet connection which is still working well.Well worth the money but bear in mind, Windows 11 doesn't like this particular model/processor type.

Item very clean looks new even though it's refurbished very fast quick to start.The DVD-RW wouldn't connect they sent replacement but still wouldn't connect.contacted them and their customer care was superb fixing the problem by remote access.would definitely recommend them
