I love this product. I have been using it for 5 months now, alongside 1 addition "alpha brain" capsule every morning. My mood, energy, and motivation has changed drastically. Also my gut health is so much better now! I have completely cut out energy drinks, as I do not need them anymore, and this is probably a huge help with gut help as well. I will warn you though, MAKE SURE TO TAKE WITH A FULL BOTTLE/GLASS (16oz+) OF WATER, the supplements can not dissolved and absorb if you are not giving it the water required. IF YOU DONT, YOU WILL PUKE THEM UP. Also, I always eat something small when I take them. In the morning, I drink 16oz of water, half then take half of the supplements, then half of the water left, then the other half of the supplements, then finish the water. I immediately follow that with an egg or two (I cook mine to "over medium"). Now in the evening, I do the same with the water/ supplements, and try to take them about an hour before bed so that the water can make its way out before sleep and so that its close enough to bedtime to have the help falling asleep that supplements provide. I immediately follow the supplements with like a small piece of beef jerky (not a slim jim lol), or sometimes a yogurt or something else light. I have found that a little food helps push it down, but a meal isn't needed like in the mornings, assuming that you had eaten dinner earlier that evening. I hope this review helps anyone who had the initial struggle when starting these that I had, stick it out, its highly worth it. After your stomach gets used to it, you will find that as long as you drink the water with it, you can get away with skipping the meal sometimes without issue (wouldn't recommend always doing that though), although you will still want to eat one bite of something to kinda push it down. You'll know what I mean.

Great stuff ! Doesn’t smell or taste bad like some others. Price is a little high, but I feel the product is worth the price.

Very good product

i like the idea of having it ready in morning and night packs. but the flavor of the pills is strong. i suggest taking 2 pills at a time. the main complaint is? they don’t give you a full dose of alpha brain during the day. it’s only half dose and you don’t get the other half with the bed time pack. oh and yes i do feel a difference when i take these supplements

After 2 weeks I noticed several changes. 1. my skin has seemed to improve. 2. my sleep has been good. Had a shoulder that bother me while sleeping and it has disappeared. My nails are growing thicker and stronger. Tend to have split names. They are expensive but its 16 pills a day that's a lot. Have not notice any big changes in my memory but only 2 weeks on product. So far so good.
