I have been using this product for years and it has been amazing at protecting my fish from harmful chemicals found in tap water. It improves the water quality and keeps my fish safe. I add it whenever I do water changes, tap off my aquariums and add new fish. It’s actually so safe that I usually add a little over the recommended dosage just for my peace of mind.I recently added a 110g tank to my collection so I decided to get the big bottle of this. It works out better price wise and I’m using this stuff constantly. This is a staple in my fish keeping hobby. I highly recommend.

I use a capful of this product in a gallon pitcher of water to water my plants with. I also add a little liquid fish emulsion to the water mix as well. Keeps my plants healthier.

Purchased October 2024 and have used on all kinds of plants from Ficus, philodendron, Aglaonema to the dreaded Calathea and its relatives. And everyone is doing just fine with this in our tap water. It works for us and I would recommend. Oh..and the cap has little measuring area in it, very helpful since I use so little.

I've used API Stress Coat for years. It is the best product on the market for treating the water before adding new water to the aquarium or while transferring fish. I subtracted one star from this particular order because the packager failed to make sure the lid was on tight and some of the product leaked out (see photo).
