I love this footrest and am very happy with it.I bought this footrest a year and a half ago and then one day it broke. I'm not sure what happened, just flipped it the wrong way and some plastic underneath broke. I wrote to the seller to replace it and they got right back to me. They asked me to send the old one, however I explained I had already thrown it away but told them what happened and they replaced it based on my word. I really appreciated the great customer service.In between I actually bought a different footrest thinking I might like a soft one instead. However, the soft one was too low. Also, the soft material wasn't as stable for helping my proper posture. I'm a full-time nursing student so I am at my desk ALL the time. I'm also an aging athlete and runner so I am super conscious about proper form while sitting.What I love most about this foot rest is that it's adjustable. My desk sits up on a high so this foot rest can be adjusted so that I can be ergonomically comfortable and my feet can sit on it as if they are on the floor. I can make it exactly the right height. Most are too shallow/short. I also like the rolling ball feature for a foot massage. I searched around and didn't see anything else as anything close to the height and adjustability as this one. I am very happy with both this original purchase and the sellers accommodation in replacing it when it broke.

Works great and the massaging roller balls are a nice plus. My knee and hip pain have disappeared

So far this foot support does what it's advertised to do which is all I can ask of a product. The plastic seems sturdy although I'm technically not putting much weight on it. As with all products longevity will be the ultimate test of quality. Having the ability to adjust the angle of my legs during the work day definitely helps with my posture and lower back pain. I can't personally say whether the rotating balls in the center buy me anything.My only complaint is that I wish the product was less prone to slide on my office floor. I don't know if more weight in the base might help. Perhaps a ridge of non-sticky silicone substance running around the perimeter of the base unit where it contacts the floor might be in order.

This product is hard plastic with 3 height adjustments. When I pulled it out of the box, it's not at all what I would expect for +$45 purchase. The adjustments are not easy to do, especially if the user is experiencing back pain. The last thing you want to do is have to bend down and fiddle around with a footrest to get it in place and at the right height. Also, when I put my feet on it, it is not very sturdy. If life one foot off, it nearly tilts all the way down on the other side. I would expect SOME tilting, but it should not function like a seesaw.For this price, I would expect a more sturdy surface for my feet to rest on. I'm concerned that if I forget that the item is so unstable and put any amount of uneven weight on it (i.e., to push my chair back, swivel my chair) it will break. It tested it out under my desk for 10 minutes, and immediately put it back in the box to be returned.I have other products from this brand that far exceed my expectations. This item does not come close, unfortunately. I would expect this item to cost closer to $20, if I picked it up in the store without seeing the price tag.

Faily easy to adjust height. Rollers nice to "occupy feet" as well as soothe and/or stimulate them. Really nice capability of rotating platform up/down - adjusting easy and simply to leg/body position.

Horrible!!!

Definitely helped me to stay at my desk for longer periods of time. I heard it “crack” once, and the made me think it’s not as sturdy as I originally thought. No other complaints though.
