USA Pan Bakeware Rectangular Cake Pan, 9 x 13 inch, Nonstick & Quick Release Coating, Aluminized Steel

This is a really sturdy pan that feels heavy to the hand. Great quality and well made. Purchased to make small Detroit deep dish pizza. The easy clean up and non stick quality is unparalleled and really stands out. It bakes well, quickly and evenly and can withstand 525 degrees easily. It does scar easily so either use silicone or plastic or be ready for the bottom to be dinged quite a bit. I’d imagine it would work just as well for cakes and casseroles. Great high quality purchase. Highly recommend!

I love this brand of baking ware! They have never let me down, none of the non-stick coating has worn off in the many times I’ve baked with it. I was surprised to see evidence of others in the reviews having problems, until I realized they are putting their pans in the dishwasher. You can’t do that! If you want your pan to last just wash it by hand. It washes up so easily. Also, I would reserve this pan for baking, and not for roasting meat. I don’t think this is an appropriate roasting pan.

This is an excellent pan! I use it mostly for focaccia bread, and it is stellar at giving me an even bake, which is so important. I also have found it to be a great pan for cinnamon rolls, deep dish pizza, pasta bake. The list goes on... It is very easy to clean, great quality, and mutli-purpose. What more could you ask for?

This brand is worth the hype! These pans stand the test of time and are such amazing quality. Purchased these as a gift for my sister in law and she was so excited!

Excellent Pan. Seemless usage. Cleaned the pan with warm soapy water based on instructions and pat dried it. Was good to go. After baking also, the bread came off clean and easy. Would definitely recommend!!

love this pan, seems like nothing sticks to it.....so far. time will tell and i will update if necessary

I like the crisp, straight edges & sides for my brownies. I'd like to buy another one but I won't until the tariffs go away

Bought this pan for making Detroit style Pizza in May of this year and have been very pleased with its performance. . . . . .until now, a mere 4 months into its use. Looking at the included picture, you can see that the cladding that they use has started to come away from the pan surface, exposing the steel beneath. We have cared for the pan as directed and have washed it both by hand and in the dishwasher but was disappointed to see this material failure.Am hoping the company will stand behind its limited lifetime warranty but will have to see what they say about this damage. Really want to support this product as at first it performed so well.Will update this review once I have a reply from USA Pan.UPDATE: USA Pan honored it's warranty and replaced the pan with a new one, adding the following recommendation for use:Use a silicone liner for acidic foods, wash by hand, not in the dishwasher. Clean as soon as practical after use.Really pleased with the companies response.Buy with confidence.
