This is a good mop that has an effective built in wringer, so any bucket can be a mop bucket. The mop heads can be removed for washing, so they last a long time. I use mine on my workshop floor with anti-slip textured tile. Only a string mop works. Getting dirt from between the bumps in the tile is challenging and handled well with this mop. Highly recommended.

***UPDATE*** I am currently using the last replacement head from two sets of mops - 4 mop heads. The ratcheting action that makes the mop so great is compromised by the cheap, flimsy plastic band that was meant to hold it together. After going through two mop heads from my first order in about a month, I thought it was a fluke and ordered another set because you can't buy replacement heads only. The defect wasn't a fluke. I used two mop heads within several days. The plastic band that holds the mop together apparently stretches and breaks and there is no way to put it back together. I figured the least this company could have done was include extra plastic bands to replace the ones that break so easily. If you were inclined, you could probably buy your own plastic bands and try to repair the mop yourself. At any rate, I'm not inclined. For the money paid for this item, you would think the quality would be better. I'm back to square one. A good mop is hard to find. Oh, and the customer service is just as bad as the product. All correspondence goes to a "bot", and from there you go in circles trying to get a resolution. You may want to keep that in mind before purchasing this item.

Mop to heavy once wet, hard for me to wring, long stick for me as I am short

2021 until 2/22/2024 Still using it every day, One of the two mop heads I purchased is slipping off the black plastic holder. It has been a few months longer than two years and this mop is the best. I have used this mop nearly every day since 2021, the handle is still in working order as new, one of the two mop heads is still in working order as new and one mop head has worked loose. After I took the mop head out of the washing machine this week at the top where the black twisting part joins the mop head it is loose it does not hold the mop head on the black part anymore. Nothing has come apart and I believe my wife can fix it easily. I'm going to buy another whole unit anyway instead of just a new mop head.

In the past, I have been pleased with this mop and reusable mop heads. I most recently purchased this product over a month ago, but did not open/use it until today as I’ve successfully in the past. The first head (threads) broke within a couple of minutes. I replaced it with the second head, and it started coming apart almost immediately. I was not able to complete even one room. Unfortunately the return/refund date has already passed. If you buy this mop, plan to use it quickly in case you get a bad batch of heads like I did. While I am unhappy my product broke, I am pleased by my customer service experience. Since I’ve enjoyed this product in the past, I will use it again.
