I have only been using this product a little over a week so the full effect and benefits of red sage may not yet be fully apparent. For the first few days using 2 capsules a day, I didn't notice a significant difference. There was a slight improvement in blood pressure and memory, but not a clear correlation with using the red sage. I increased the dose to 2 capsules 2x a day, and the effect was more noticeable, but not dramatic. Since red sage has been studied for its numerous general health benefits with only a few insignificant warnings, I will continue to use it for blood pressure balance and memory support. The product itself is organic- which is very important to me when taking herbs. This is the first red sage product I have used, so I can't compare it to others. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. Since it does work and seems to be a very good quality product, I will continue to use it and reorder this brand as needed.

I am pleasantly surprised but this has really helped to reduce my hot flashes significantly. I can sleep better at night. I’m not breaking out in a sweat. I am sitting talking to family or friends and suddenly get this horrible hot flash. This is absolutely amazing and has really changed my life. Thank you so much.

When reading label it says that two capsules equals 1200mg and that there are 50 doses in bottle. (On a previous package I bought there was no amount based on two pills)BUT, when you read the directions it says take two pills, two times a day which would equal four pills per day and 2400 mg which exceeds recommended dose of 850mg to 1500mg per day and reduces days bottle will last to 25 from 50 days.It is important to never, ever take more of a supplement than is suggested. While this may not be significant with this particular supplement it can be with other herbs and vitamins. Just be aware and do your due dilligence by researching in a number of sites and query dosage amounts for each specific herb.I don't like companies that make it confusing, it gives the supplement industry a bad name.

The advertising is a bit off and misinformed. Chinese Salvia Milthorriza does not have red flowers. It only has red Roots. The flowers of Chinese Red Sage are a blue or light violet color. Not sure I will purchase this brand again due to this error.
