I purchased **both the AGARO Type-C to USB-A cable and the Blaze Type-C to USB 3.0 adapter** from the same Amazon listing, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed.The Type-C to USB-A cable initially developed a loose connection after a few weeks of use. I contacted AGARO’s support team, and although their response was a little slow at first, they did provide a replacement after some follow-up. The new cable is working fine, and I appreciate that they stood by the product.However, the experience with the Blaze Type-C to USB 3.0 adapter has been quite disappointing. It had issues from early on—the Type-C connector felt loose in the port, and eventually it just stopped working altogether. I reached out to AGARO’s customer service the same way I did for the cable, expecting similar support. But this time, I never received a replacement or a clear resolution, despite explaining the issue and requesting help.It's frustrating because both products were bought together, and both had issues—but only one was handled properly. This kind of inconsistency in customer service is a letdown.While the cable (after replacement) is working well and is easy to use and portable, I cannot recommend the Blaze adapter based on my experience. **Poor durability and lack of follow-through on service requests** make it a risky purchase.

Size - 5.5 inches, which isn’t too big but gives a slight extension, depending on your preference.3. Weight - Minimal, not heavy like some other options. There's no need to worry about weight here.4. Port Functionality - Both the Type C and USB Type A female ports are just perfect and fit well, with no looseness.5. Sound Quality - The sound quality of the wire is excellent, which was my main reason for buying it. I was already impressed with the sound quality of my Zebronics Blitz on my PC, and using it on my phone delivered the same experience. The only difference I noticed is that the overall volume level is lower on the phone compared to the PC. On the PC, at full volume, the sound is so loud that others can hear what I’m listening to, but on the phone, the volume is lower, though still more than sufficient. This is just an observation and not an issue, as the sound level is still more than adequate.Overall, this wire is the best at this price point. I looked at other products like Ugreen, but those were almost double the price, so this one is definitely worth it.
